in Central Islip; Suffolk County Community College Culinary in Riverhead;
Empire Bank in Islandia; Madison Bank in Merrick and Melville; Suffolk
Federal Credit Union in Commack.
Exceptional residential communities built by The Parr Organization
in Nassau and Suffolk Counties include Park Row, a 450-unit townhouse
community together with a 425 unit affordable home project in Central
Islip for the Town of Islip.
Henron Development, Phelps Lane Development, and New Town & Country
Corporations have built such communities as Woods Edge, a 100-unit
townhouse community in North Babylon, two subdivisions of 71 homes
in Nesconset and Windwood Oaks, a community of 72 single family custom
homes in Lake Grove (34 homes completed in Phase One).
