Custom Built Homes

At Windwood Oaks we also build custom homes. So if you have a piece of land that you would like your dream home built upon, or, if you would like us to assist you in finding the right piece of property for your dream home, please contact us.

If you do not yet have architectural plans, we can make our architectural staff available to you. You could also use the plans for one of our family-oriented dream homes from our Windwood Oaks Communities. When building your custom home we can alter those plans to meet your needs to accommodate a growing family or a family that might wish to include grandparents in their own semi-private living quarters.

We also can work with you if you have a piece of property with an existing home upon it and, now, need that home to be demolished to make way for your new home. Our demolition team can make that happen. You will find that at Windwood Oaks we have all the resources that you will need to design and build your new custom dream home.
